LandlordPro: Rental Manager (iOS and Android) · Effective 3 November 2026

1. The app

LandlordPro ("the app"; VermieterPro in German) is a rental management tool provided by AppKadag ("we"). By using the app you agree to these terms.

2. Your data

Your data is stored on your device. You are responsible for keeping backups; the app offers backup and export. Backup files are not encrypted. See the privacy policy.

3. Free version, ads and Pro

The app is free and shows ads. On iPhone, LandlordPro Pro is offered as an auto-renewing monthly or yearly subscription, or a one-time lifetime purchase; it removes the ads and the free property limit and unlocks creating backups. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel them in your Apple ID subscription settings. Purchases and refunds are handled by Apple under its terms.

4. Not legal, tax or accounting advice

Utility-cost statements, tax summaries and other figures are calculated from what you enter and are an aid, not legal, tax or accounting advice. Rules differ by country and change over time. Check every statement and summary yourself or with a professional before you send it to a tenant, the tax office or anyone else. We are not liable for errors in statements or deadlines you miss. The app is provided "as is" and we cannot guarantee that it is error free. Keep your own backups.

5. Use of the app

You may use the app for your own rental administration. You may not copy, resell or reverse engineer the app, or use it in a way that breaks the law or the rules of the app stores. You are responsible for handling your tenants' data lawfully.

6. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of essential obligations and limited to the typical, foreseeable damage. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

7. Changes

We may update these terms when the app changes. The date at the top shows the current version.

8. Law and contact
