Private by design
No account, no sign-up and no server that receives your tenants, rents or documents. Everything is stored on your device and the app works offline.
The app shows ads from Google AdMob in the free version, and Google may collect data such as your advertising ID for them. Where required you are asked for consent first, and on iPhone you choose whether to allow tracking. The Android app also uses Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics. On iPhone, Pro removes the ads. Free and Premium
Android: free, with banner ads. No purchase is offered and there is no property limit.
iPhone: free with banner ads and up to 3 properties. LandlordPro Pro removes the ads and the property limit and unlocks creating backups. Choose a monthly or yearly subscription, or a one-time lifetime purchase. Prices are shown in the app and the store in your local currency. Subscriptions renew automatically; cancel any time in your Apple ID subscription settings.

Questions
Do I need an account?
No. There is no registration and no login.
Does it work offline?
Yes. Everything works without internet. Only the ads need a connection.
Does it show ads?
Yes, in the free version. On iPhone, Pro removes them.
Is the utility-cost statement valid under German law?
The wizard follows the usual German rules (for example the 12 month period and the allocation keys), but it is a tool and not legal or tax advice. Check the statement before you send it.
Does it work outside Germany?
You can track rent, deposits and expenses anywhere. The utility-cost wizard and the tax summary are built around German rules.
Which languages does it have?
Many. The app has an in-app language switch. Legal terms and the WhatsApp message templates are kept in German.
Can I sync between devices?
No. There is no cloud sync. Move data with a backup file.
